Accurate As-Builts began well over temp years ago, as a Cad drafting firm and design service in SW Florida, and has a large data base of design plans, construction set documents, created while working custom builders, in Florida. on Anna Maria Island, Florida, I have designed and built well over 12 pcustom homes, as builts, remodels, and survey drawings for permitting and construction purposes.

Accurate As-Builts, has a staff, and works with several other designers in the SW Florida region, and the Western Slope, (Glenwood Springs & Aspen) of Colorado currently. As-Builts works with a structural engineer locally as well - Pattillo Associates Engineers, Inc. of Glenwood Springs, Co., as all plans should be reviewed, and checked for structural integrity (i.e. roof, framing, foundation, soils, etc.) by the home owner, designer, to protect the client from any faulty defects in the home design, at an additional fee to the client.
